The project consists of a 4 level basement car park, ground level commercial / retail and 141 residential units.
The project is a mixed-use development (shop top housing) within 300m walking distance from Lidcombe train station.
We engaged Architecture Design Studio for the construction documentation of a 141 unit development in 2013, since then we have completed numerous projects with ADS including 4 residential high-rise developments, 3 community buildings & an educational facility. Pavlo and Mohamed are accomplished through their passionate approach, innovative design and attention to detail. They are pragmatic in regards to budget but do not skimp on style. They have worked closely with our design team developing & improving construction details over the years. The whole process with ADS Architects is positive, they are flexible innovators who design buildings for aesthetic appearance & for practical construction. Over
the years we have gained a close relationship with ADS & have always found their staff to be professional and courteous, I would recommend ADS for their quality service.

It is in my opinion that Architecture Design Studio is a prime example of a practice that comprehends structure as part of the overall design. ADS & ACE have collaborated on projects since 2014 achieving simple & practical design for our clients over various high rise residential developments & community buildings. Their approach to coordination with the implementation of 3D allows for a streamline design process and it’s always a pleasure working with the ADS team.

I found the firm very positive right from the outset of our project first project. I’m impressed with their creativity and organisation. The team are currently working on 2 of my projects and delivering great results. I particularly love the design ADS came up with for the Ryde Boarding house Project, it stands out amongst all others that I’ve seen. In all instances, ADS have been incredibly responsive when it comes to providing concept drawings and information to support the project. The team is very organized, extremely intelligent and has an amazing eye for modern design.

Toplace began working with ADS on a rezoning project in Rosehill. ADS were exceptional with the council negotiation process focusing on legislative controls, urban design and engineering. We brought a challenging brief to the table, in terms of site constraints, yield output and timeframe. The architects at ADS were forwardthinking in their design approach to overcome the hurdles in the application process and meeting our requirements.
The project is currently ongoing and we look forward to the successful completion of the development with ADS in the years to come.

Decode Sydney engaged Architectural Design Studio to complete the design and construction documentation for a Mixed-Use Development at Chatswood. The development consisted of 3 basement levels of parking, 2 levels of commercial space and 2 towers consisting of 72 one, two- and three-bedroom units. Despite the many design issues with the existing DA approval, Director Pavlo Doroch, with his design skills, planning knowledge and experience, initiated into the project fresh internal layouts and BCA conforming designs value added to the development. The ADS design team immersed themselves into the project, documenting and coordinating resulting in a full set of detailed drawings ready for construction in excellent time. Based on my experience with the project, I would have no hesitation in recommending ADS for the design and construction phase of any multi-residential and commercial project.
